We had a great time visiting Auntie in Cape Cod this summer! We got in pretty early Sat morning, only to find out that the one bag we’d packed ALL our clothes in was still in DC. They promised that they’d drive it out to Yarmouth from Providence once it arrived, but that meant waiting until evening to get key things like bathing suits and swim diapers. So we went shopping, and were able to get some time at the pool on Saturday even with the inconvenience of the missing bag.
We got to see good friends and family, and enjoyed great weather and the lovely Red Jacket resort.
Here are the boys behind the cotttage, getting ready to grill steaks.
Charlie loved the high chair. I wish I was able to get a photo of him in his favorite position, which was with his feet kicked over the front tray.
Charlie wasn’t crazy about the baby pool, but loved splashing around in the adult pool!
He also loved wearing my hat, but we had to beg and plead to get him to wear his own, of course.
