Learning the Meaning of NO

Charlie clearly understands what it means when I say no - but he's interested in testing us these days. Last week he developed a strong interest in the stereo cord. Here's a video of him trying to decide if I'm going to give up and stop telling him no. It's so funny to me that he gets himself all worked up, and then stops fussing to give it another try:
