Cuteness

I would be posting photos of our visit to see Pop in NC over the weekend, had we not left our camera in NC with Pop. We’ll have it back soon, but in the meantime, we had a great visit with him. It was nice for Charlie to get to spend some time with his Pop again (though we missed Nanny!), and as a bonus, Charlie got to splash around in the neighborhood pool while we were there.  He LOVED it – until he was walking around taking a swimming break and got stung by a bee. That pretty much ended our second day’s pool visit. But he got over that eventually!

He’s saying the cutest new thing lately, ‘nuggle’, as in, “Nuggle in the rocker?” when he wakes up from a nap and wants to snuggle a bit before running around again. Tonight he was playing in our bed and I was putting laundry away and not paying him much mind, until he yelled out, “Mommy, nuggle in bed?”  Needless to say, he got me away from my laundry!  Love that boy.
