I am heaving a huge sigh of relief tonight. Pamela had the day off today, and Charlie spent the day with a "back-up nanny". She was a very nice person, but he loves his Pamela, so I was worried about him all day. Seems that all went well, though - she said he was well behaved and fun, and except for making her read the same book over and over again (he's going through that phase. can't wait for it to be over!), she had a great time with him.
Charlie isn't much for eating fruit or veggies these days, but if I make him a smoothie, he's game. Tonight's was a banana one - he hasn't been interested in bananas since he was about 8 months old, but frozen and blended with yogurt and honey, he's a big fan!
