Does anyone else remember the Bill Cosby chocolate cake for breakfast recording? Charlie would be singing that if he could. We had a wonderful dinner at the Wallaces last night (thank you Wallaces!! Everything was delicious and it was great to see you again!), capped off by delicious chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing for dessert. Charlie has had very limited exposure to chocolate so far, but George decided it was time that he had some cake. I so wish I had my camera with me - he LOVED it. His mouth was smeared with it and when the cake was done, his face got very red and he cried like he was in pain. Is he my child, or what??
Thank you for all the boy doll suggestions! Thanks to Auntie, baby Gladys will be getting a brother very soon. :) So far Charlie hasn't shown a ton of interest in his doll, other than to kiss her head constantly when he holds her. He doesn't want to feed her, and he wiped out with her stroller once and now doesn't show much interest. But he does give her lots of kisses! He's a love!
Off to hunt for playroom shelving - his toy collection expanded exponentially over Christmas and these new playthings need a home!
