Charlie is getting taller and his belly is getting rounder! We don't go back to the pediatrician until March (assuming he stays healthy), and I'll be so interested to hear how big he is by then. He's walking all over the place now, and when he falls, he just pushes back up and walks some more. We're trying to get him onto a more "mature" nap schedule, and today, he woke up at 8 and stayed up and happy until we put him down at 1. I hear stirring over the monitor now, so 2 hours may be it, but I'm not complaining. It will be nice if we only have one nap a day to interrupt all our fun!
We went to JW Tumbles for gym class this morning, and it went better than our first session 2 weeks ago. He cried again when I made him get out of the swing so another kid could have a turn, but the fussiness didn't last long. Also, he seemed to enjoy walking and crawling on all kinds of fun things - mats and balls and balance beams and slides. It's interesting to see him interacting there, since he doesn't have much exposure to groups of other kids. He doesn't seem that interested in playing with anyone yet, but at the same time I think he kind of likes checking them out.
I've been falling down on the photo and video job lately, but will try to get some new ones this weekend, because as he grows, he just keeps getting cuter! Okay, I'm a little biased, but the photos will prove it!
