Family visits, and mobility!

In the last post I was feeling a little down, but Charlie pulled me out of my funk with his good cheer. He is a happy boy, as you can see:

Please also take note of the Farrah Fawcett wings he's got going on - I think he needs a haircut!

He still crawls everywhere at rapid speed, but he also pulls up on everything and enjoys walking holding onto his toys. He also likes riding toys. It's so funny to watch him stick his feet out and grin as he gets pushed around.

We had a great weekend last weekend in Lexington visiting my parents. Charlie had lots of fun with his grandparents, and got spoiled. It was a quick trip - in late Friday night and out mid-day Sunday, but it was nice to see them and spend a little while out of the city.

Next week, we're heading to New Bern, and Charlie will get to spend some time with Pop. He's going to have an awfully big head after all of the grandparent attention!
