We had a fantastic week of vacation in Michigan! It was beautiful almost every day, the water, while cold, was refreshing and not so bad that we couldn't get in now and then, and we had a fantastic time seeing lots of family and old friends. Thanks Mom and Dad for having us!! It was so nice to relax - we really needed a break. Charlie loved spending time with Ann, too. I think he's going to miss her; his little face would light up every morning when we came out to the living room and he saw Ann playing there. He just wanted to crawl right up and touch her. Not sure she was as enthused about him, but she tolerated him constantly wanting to touch her.
I hate that we're home - if I had my way, we'd have at least another week of island vacation to enjoy. Oh well - at least we got home early enough today to get organized before the week starts.
